Lattice Apron

Lattice Apron is a key component of compact spinning. It works in conjunction with suction air flow to filter out shorter fiber from the yarn. The drafted yarn thus produced is of high quality with reduced hairiness and increased strength.

Mesh size and Antistatic properties of lattice apron plays a vital role in the filtration process. It is therefore important to choose the right product to ensure best quality compact yarn.

Routine Maintenance & Cleaning

Lattice apron should be cleaned every 3/4 weeks with compressed air. This removes any contamination or dust which could potentially choke the mesh. It is also advisable to clean the lattice apron using our special purpose ultrasonic washing machine at regular intervals. This not only ensures longer life and reduced performance degradation but also maintains antistatic properties of the lattice apron.
